Pricing depends on several factors:

That’s why we suggest using a humidifier and dehumidifier to keep the humidity between 35%-55%, those are the ideal numbers. This helps stop damage to the floors during the different seasons.
There are no limits, it’s all about what you like. Hardwood is strong, eco-friendly, and looks great. You can refinish it up to 5 times, so it lasts a long time. Vinyl and laminate are cheaper and also durable, but they’re not as good for the environment as hardwood.
We use low-VOC or water-based eco-friendly products for sanding and refinishing. For new installations, we suggest engineered hardwood, which uses less solid wood and includes sustainable materials.
